Anxiety has always been a part of my life, but I never allowed it to get in the way of me doing what I want. From building successful businesses to launching a career as an independent music artist, “bffs w/ my anxiety” is my twist on dealing with anxiety. It’s a reflection of my personality and how I cope with very difficult life issues with humor while at the same time being in full acknowledgement of how serious the issues actually are.
